Twitter Application ID
Reported by Jonathan Lim | May 14th, 2008 @ 08:25 PM | in 0.2
Twitter allows you to say "from MyCoolApplication" at the end of updates sent from your application. This requires a source id to be added to the call.

(from [c2ef6503dceff1c7e49310d6db51669b60cdb391]) [#4] Application ID was not working, as I assumed that Twitter::Client.new would take the config hash and merge. Turns out you have to configure it using Twitter::Client.configure, which sets class variables (yuck).
