Get Gems working on Dreamhost

Currently, have to maintain separate copies of twitter4r and json. Means I have to adjust the script to run on Dreamhost.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Needed to set up gems and add environment variables.
Have set up under /home/snowblink/.gems as other gems are already there.
